- Register: Open the app, create a new account with your email, username, and password, then verify your identity with your national ID and proof of address.

App vs. Mobile Browser
Our Android APK app runs faster than the mobile web version because it caches game data locally and loads tables instantly. Common Installation Issues
If your Android phone blocks the APK, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable installation from unknown sources. Some Android versions use a different path: Settings → Apps → Allow installation from unknown sources. If you see a certificate warning on iOS, this is normal; our app certificate is valid and secure. If the app does not open, clear your browser cache or restart your phone. If payment processing fails, verify your payment method is registered correctly (especially for mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfers) and check your internet connection. Most issues resolve by restarting the app or logging out and back in.
Data, Permissions, and Security
The battwo app requests permission to access your phone's storage (to cache game data) and contacts (optional, for account recovery if you forget your password). We do not access your location, camera, or microphone. All data sent between your phone and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. Your account password is never stored on your device; you authenticate via a secure token. If you lose your phone, log out remotely from another device or contact our support team. We store transaction records for seven years for compliance purposes; you can request a copy of your account data anytime.
